Both dining rooms are currently undergoing refurbishment.
Out will go the old unused fireplace and the hatch will be blocked off.
New flooring will be laid through both rooms, in oak laminate flooring
(Easier to keep clean).
The centre wall will hopefully, turn into a feature wall.
The remaining walls will be timber clad all around the rooms to a height of 4ft.
